Course Description:
General Objectives:
● Recognize the importance of the kinesic role in the pre- and post-operative of plastic surgeries.
● Acquire knowledge of the different current surgeries and techniques.

Specific objectives:
● That the professional can provide adequate care to the patient at each stage of the surgery and postoperative period.
● That he is able to carry out a correct evaluation.
● That he is able to discern which resources to use at every moment of the post-surgical period.
● Be able to treat complications by being familiar with the common signs and symptoms after a surgical intervention.
Description of the Virtual Mode
The course will be broadcast live via zoom. Participants will have the opportunity to participate and ask questions as if they were present. The schedules and values are the same as in person.
Course Content
Agenda:

1. Kinesic role in the pre- and post-operative of plastic surgeries.
2. Facial plastic surgeries: Blepharoplasty, Rhinoplasty, Lifting. Surgical techniques. Pre- and post-operative moments.
3. Body plastic surgeries: Liposuction, Dermolipectomy. Surgical techniques. Pre- and post-operative moments.
4. Breast surgeries: Breast augmentation, breast reduction, mastopexy, mastectomy and breast reconstruction. Surgical techniques. Pre- and post-operative moments.
5. Normal healing process and cells involved in each stage.
6. Main complications of plastic surgeries: dehiscences, necrosis, seromas, fibrosis.
7. Therapeutic tools and key moments of their application: manual lymphatic drainage, ultrasound, radiofrequency, microcurrents, low-intensity laser, LEDs.
8. Cosmetics in plastic surgery.
9. Nutrition.
10. Tapping.
11. Practice of manual resources in post-surgical plastic surgeries.
12. Physical Agents for prevention and treatment of complications.
13. Tapping practice as a resource for the prevention and treatment of complications.

Lic. In Kinesiology and Physiotherapy, graduated from the Universidad Abierta Interamericana.
University Professor in Kinesiology and Physiatry, graduated from the Universidad del Gran Rosario.
She has worked as a teacher at the Universidad del Gran Rosario since 2015 in the chair. of Kinefisiatria Cosmiatria and since 2018 in the Chair of Kinefisiatria Uroginecologica.
Director of Thesis to obtain the title of Lic. in Kinesiology and Physiotherapy of the University Institute of Gran Rosario.
Professor of the Diploma in Kinesiology and Dermatofunctional Physiatry at the UGR from 2021 to the present.
Professor of the Diploma in Kinesiology and Dermatofunctional Physiatry at the Nacimiento University of Tucuman from 2022 to the present.
He works professionally in the dermatofunctional specialty in an office private.
